The early morning sun greets the little town of Clayton, and the grain terminals along the river, as I head back to get ready for breakfast. The haze still hanging in the air adds to the sense of depth as it obscures the buildings and hills down stream. I have enjoyed a truly wonderful early morning outing on the Mississippi.
